On TED, use the country and place-of-performance filters to find opportunities from the EU countries listed below. For lower-value contracts, also consult the relevant national procurement portal. On CanadaBuys, use location, category and closing-date filters; provincial and local buyers may also use their own portals.
For public buyers
Prepare a clear description of the need, the scope, eligibility conditions, required documents, evaluation criteria, deadlines and official contact channel. Publish using your organisation’s authorised procurement system. For TED publication, use the applicable national route or eNotices2 where permitted. Canadian buyers follow the requirements of their public organisation.
For suppliers
- Find a relevant notice on the official portal.
- Check eligibility, scope, language, documents and submission requirements.
- Read all amendments and send clarification questions through the channel specified in the notice.
- Submit your bid before the stated deadline using the required method.
- Follow published award notices and any available debriefing process.
Transparency throughout the process
Identifiable buyers, traceable notices, clear evaluation criteria, published amendments and award information where available help participants understand the process. TESJ’s role is to make these sources easier to find.
Europe–Canada: check access for each opportunity
EU–Canada procurement commitments can provide access to covered opportunities. Eligibility depends on the procuring entity, contract value, subject matter, applicable rules and exclusions. Always check the current notice and official guidance.

GOD BLESS THE WORLD. Welcome to European and Canadian Tenders.
A bridge between public buyers and suppliers, across Europe and Canada.
Our goal: easier access to opportunities, clear information and transparent competition.
Buyers publish their needs. Eligible suppliers prepare and submit their bids.
Start with the official source. In Europe, explore Tenders Electronic Daily: TED.
Search by country, business sector, buyer and submission deadline.
For smaller contracts, also check the relevant national procurement portals.
In Canada, start with CanadaBuys for federal tender and award notices.
Follow each notice to the correct documents and the required bid submission method.
For buyers, use the authorised publication route: national systems or eNotices2 where applicable.
Canadian buyers follow the publication process required by their public organisation.
Goods, services and public works: find opportunities that match your expertise.
Read the specifications, eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria and every amendment.
Check the deadline and required documents. Ask questions through the stated official channel.
EU-Canada trade rules can open opportunities. Access still depends on each tender and its scope.
Transparency means identifiable buyers, clear rules and traceable published notices.
Follow award notices where published and learn from completed procurement procedures.
TESJ connects you to official sources. Bids and official notices are submitted there.
Our future vision is a wider opportunity hub. This first version is an independent directory.
