THE EUROPEAN STATES JOURNAL is a media project covering Europe and its relations with the wider world. Its sections are being developed gradually, according to the stories and editorial resources available.

Every publication should distinguish facts, analysis, opinion and commercial content. Significant claims should be attributed to identifiable sources and checked before publication. Each piece will show its date, author and any corrections.
Images, quotations and third-party material must be used with respect for their rights. Partnerships and sponsored content must be clearly identified to readers.
If an error is brought to our attention, the editorial team will review the evidence, correct the content where necessary and clearly indicate the correction. An editorial contact address will be published once it has been verified.
Our monitoring compares original documents from European institutions with reporting from media outlets in different countries. Euronews, Deutsche Welle, France 24 and the European Newsroom network are possible points of comparison; none is affiliated with TESJ. Every TESJ article must provide its own context, attribute information and link to the sources used. We do not reproduce their text or visuals without permission.
